A 29-year-old man from Bistra was detained for intentionally injuring a neighbor's dog by kicking it through a metal fence. The incident occurred on July 19-20, resulting in injuries to the dog's mouth. Following investigations, the police arrested the suspect for 24 hours, and he is being investigated for animal cruelty. The case is under the supervision of a prosecutor from the Marghita Court.
