A 26-year-old man from Axente Sever was detained for 24 hours by police in Blaj for qualified theft, suspected of stealing a horse from a property in Cenade, Alba County. The theft occurred on September 10, 2026, when he allegedly entered a shed and took a horse valued at approximately 7,500 lei. On October 16, police conducted a search in Axente Sever, with support from special action forces, and found the stolen horse. Based on the evidence, the man was detained for 24 hours.
