The Ministry of National Defense announces the opening of the 13th edition of the Invictus Veterans Relay, running from October 1 to 25. The event honors military veterans and active soldiers, starting at the Monument of the Heroes of the Fatherland in Bucharest. Participants will run in three teams, symbolizing the national flag colors, and will visit memorials along the way. The relay culminates on October 25 in Carei, coinciding with Romania's Army Day. The initiative, started in 2014, invites volunteers from across the country to join in various capacities, promoting national values and honoring heroes.
