However, due to a lack of legal basis, these requests cannot be processed favorably, complicating the institution's operations. Recently, 240 such requests were recorded, but officials emphasize that the deduction for pensions exceeding 3,000 lei is legally mandated. The current legal framework does not allow for refunds, and the institution warns that these requests only burden their workload without yielding any positive outcomes for the applicants.
