Three investors remain interested: UMB Steel, Metinvest, and Jindal Steel. The assets will be reevaluated as administrators seek an agreement with these investors. Previous auctions failed to attract bids despite price reductions. Liberty Galați is under preventive concordat since 2025, with debts estimated at around one billion euros.
