Suedia reduce la 14 ani vârsta răspunderii penale. „Un pas în direcția corectă”
The Swedish Parliament has voted to lower the age of criminal responsibility to 14, allowing imprisonment for serious crimes. This decision, supported by 281 votes, will take effect on September 10, ahead of general elections. The government aims to combat crime, having previously proposed a lower age of 13, which faced opposition. Additionally, stricter immigration conditions and reduced sentence discounts for multiple offenses were also approved.
