A 51-year-old man from Suceava has been arrested for intentionally hitting a 14-year-old on a scooter, following a traffic altercation. The incident escalated after the teenager made obscene gestures, leading the driver to pursue him for about two kilometers before colliding with the scooter. After the crash, the driver assaulted the minor and fled the scene. The victim was taken to the hospital with injuries requiring medical attention. The driver is facing charges of attempted murder and assault.
