CITR, as the judicial liquidator of Euroins Romania, successfully blocked the recognition of an arbitration decision from Sofia, protecting key assets for creditors. The initial judicial fee of 12.7 million euros was reduced to 1,533.88 euros, and the Bucharest Tribunal rejected the Bulgarian group's request for recognition in Romania. This outcome allows for continued examination of the reinsurance contract's validity by Romanian courts. CITR aims to utilize all legal tools to safeguard the interests of Euroins Romania's creditors.
