SUA trimit al treilea portavion în Orientul Mijlociu. Trump pregătește noi atacuri asupra Iranului • Newsweek România

The U.S. is significantly increasing its military presence in the Middle East by deploying a third aircraft carrier group, led by the USS Theodore Roosevelt. Over 9,000 troops are heading to the region amid ongoing tensions with Iran. President Trump has indicated that intensified military actions against Iran could be considered after the upcoming midterm elections. This deployment will bring the total number of U.S. naval personnel in the area to over 20,000, supported by hundreds of aircraft. The current situation marks one of the largest naval mobilizations in recent years, with three aircraft carriers potentially present simultaneously by the end of October.
