About 50.9% of professionals using AI report significant time savings, while 44.8% of private owners would utilize AI tools for creating listings. The survey indicates that 77% of respondents use AI tools occasionally, with 30.7% using them daily. Trust remains crucial in real estate, and AI is seen as a tool to enhance efficiency without replacing human expertise.
