Studiu: Românii nu știu că mersul pe jos face bine și minții. Doar 12% merg în drumeții, deși cei care o fac declară o viață mai bună

A recent study reveals that Romanians primarily associate walking with physical health, neglecting its mental benefits. Only 12% engage in hiking, despite those who do reporting a better quality of life. The research indicates a lack of understanding about the emotional advantages of walking, such as stress management and mental clarity. Many respondents view walking as a medical recommendation rather than a preventive tool. The study also highlights concerning trends in addictive behaviors among the population. MedLife plans to launch an observational project to further explore the health impacts of walking.
