Studiu PwC: Angajații din România folosesc tot mai mult AI, dar în special acasă

In Romania, 58% of employees have used AI at work in the past year, a significant increase from 42% the previous year. However, personal use remains much higher at 85%. Employees cite a lack of opportunities to apply AI in their roles as the main barrier, rather than skill deficiencies. While 63% are willing to adapt to new work methods, daily use of generative AI is low, with only 17% using it regularly. Those who do use AI report improved work quality, but 46% also feel it increases their workload. The survey included 49,364 employees from 48 countries, with 447 from Romania.
