Studiu MedLife: Românii nu știu că mersul pe jos poate face bine și minții. Doar 12% merg frecvent în drumeții și declară mai multă energie
A recent study reveals that Romanians primarily associate walking with physical health, overlooking its emotional benefits. Many respondents report a sedentary lifestyle and addictive behaviors, prompting MedLife to launch a study on the impact of walking on overall well-being. The research indicates that those who walk frequently experience higher energy levels and life satisfaction. MedLife, in collaboration with Tășuleasa Social, will conduct an observational study on Via Transilvanica to assess walking's effects on health.
