STUDIU. De la burnout la „vreau să demonstrez că pot”: cine sunt oamenii care au ales 10 zile de stres bun pe Via Transilvanica

A recent observational study by MedLife on Via Transilvanica reveals that participants seek to escape routine and stress through a 10-day walking challenge. Many participants are motivated by personal challenges, such as professional burnout or life transitions. The study identifies six participant types, highlighting the paradox of choosing a beneficial stress over comfort. Participants experience social reconnection, self-discovery, and physical challenges, which may enhance resilience and well-being. The project aims to explore the effects of controlled stress on health, with data collected before and after the journey to assess physical and emotional impacts.
