Studiu Banometru: Doar 40% dintre români au un plan financiar

A recent study reveals that only 40% of Romanians have a financial plan for the next year, compared to 67% among participants of the Banometru financial education program. Launched in 2016, Banometru has engaged around 350,000 individuals, significantly improving their financial behaviors. The research analyzed responses from 2,377 people, highlighting that former participants are more likely to save for long-term goals and manage unexpected expenses. Additionally, 70% of these participants feel their financial actions contribute to long-term security. The study emphasizes the importance of behavioral change over mere information acquisition in financial education.
