STUDIU: 8 din 10 români cred că schimbările climatice şi producerea unor fenomene meteorologice extreme au o legătură directă
A recent survey shows a decline in Romanians' confidence in their homes' ability to withstand climate change effects, dropping to 68%. Most respondents acknowledge a direct link between climate change and extreme weather events. The survey highlights that strong storms and heatwaves are the most reported climate impacts on homes. Many Romanians are taking measures to mitigate climate change effects, such as recycling and reducing energy consumption. The UNSAR is promoting awareness through its campaign "Fii #sigurACASĂ! În fiecare zi" to encourage proactive measures for home safety and financial protection against climate-related risks.
