Studiu: 22% dintre angajații români cer mai întâi ajutor de la AI, nu de la colegi

A recent study reveals that 22% of Romanian employees prefer using AI tools for problem-solving over consulting colleagues or managers. While many do not foresee significant changes in their roles due to AI, younger employees are perceived to be more affected. AI is primarily viewed as a practical tool, helping to alleviate repetitive tasks. However, concerns arise regarding the diminishing number of entry-level positions, which could lead to a future workforce deficit. Employees emphasize the importance of critical thinking and adaptability over technical AI skills, indicating a preference for human-centric competencies in the evolving job market.
