Students in Oradea have one week left to enroll in the Erasmus+ program 'Step into AI futurE+', aimed at preparing them for the job market. The event will take place from September 8-14, gathering over 40 young people and trainers from various countries. The program focuses on enhancing job readiness through activities like CV writing, interview preparation, and networking skills, addressing the challenges posed by AI in recruitment. Participants will learn to adapt their CVs for Applicant Tracking Systems and utilize storytelling techniques to showcase their skills. The initiative also promotes Erasmus+ opportunities and international cooperation among students.
