Strategia pentru biodiversitate, jalon PNRR de un miliard de euro a fost adoptată de Camera Deputaților
The Romanian Parliament approved the National Biodiversity Conservation Strategy with 177 votes in favor and 79 against. The strategy was initially adopted by the government in July but faced legal challenges from PSD. A total of 269 deputies were present during the vote, with various party positions influencing the outcome. PSD and PNL supported the strategy, while AUR and USR opposed it. The strategy is crucial for Romania's National Recovery and Resilience Plan, with a deadline to be promulgated by August 31 to avoid losing significant funding.
