Strabag preia Brenneka Install şi Samivo Instal. Consiliul Concurenței aprobă tranzacția

Strabag Property and Facility Services GmbH has received approval from the Competition Council to acquire Brenneka Install SRL and Samivo Instal SRL in Romania. The acquisition is not expected to hinder competition in the market. Strabag SE recently completed the acquisition of BAWI Construction SRL, a company specializing in railway infrastructure services. The transaction for BAWI was finalized after obtaining necessary regulatory approvals and will take effect on September 30, 2026.
