STRABAG PFS has signed an agreement to acquire 100% of Brenneka Install SRL and Samivo Instal SRL, expanding its presence in Romania. The deal, signed on August 11, is expected to finalize by the end of 2026, pending regulatory approvals. This acquisition allows STRABAG PFS to enter the Romanian market and enhance its service portfolio in building solutions across Europe. Brenneka, a key player in Romania's construction sector, specializes in HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and fire protection.
