Austrian construction group STRABAG has received approval from the Competition Council to acquire Romanian companies Brenneka Install SRL and Samivo Instal SRL, specializing in technical installations. The two firms reported combined revenues of approximately €25.5 million in 2025. The Competition Council found no significant obstacles to competition in the Romanian market regarding this transaction. STRABAG's acquisition will enhance its Building Solutions division in Southeast Europe, as the companies focus on various technical installations, including HVAC and electrical systems. The deal's financial details remain undisclosed.
