STOICA & ASOCIAȚII susține Conferința Națională de Drept Civil „Valeriu Stoica”, ediția 2026

The National Civil Law Conference "Valeriu Stoica" will take place on September 24-25, 2026, at the University of Bucharest. Organized by the Faculty of Law, it will focus on the theme of exercising civil rights and the abuse of rights in civil law. Esteemed speakers will discuss the foundations and limits of subjective rights, criteria for identifying abuse, and related sanctions.
