The attackers had also gathered information about Kreiner's financial situation and lifestyle, believing they knew where he kept large sums of money. The assault occurred on November 5-6, 2023, resulting in Kreiner's death days later. Three men were convicted, while authorities are still searching for additional suspects involved in the planning.
