The STB has launched a Voluntary Departure Program aimed at reorganizing the company, allowing up to 200 employees to leave with financial incentives. Employees can receive a compensation package equivalent to six average gross salaries. The program is voluntary, with no obligation for employees to participate, and applications will be reviewed individually. The Bucharest General Council has also approved the initiation of insolvency proceedings for STB, granting the management the necessary mandate to proceed.
