STB începe Programul de Plecări Voluntare. Câte salarii compensatorii oferă. Cererile vor fi analizate individual

Bucharest Transport Company (STB) is launching a Voluntary Departure Program for up to 200 employees, offering compensation equivalent to six average gross salaries. The program aims to provide a financial incentive for those wishing to leave voluntarily amid the company's reorganization. Employees must submit new applications during the official registration period, as previous requests will not be considered. The program is voluntary, and no employee will be forced to participate. The management will assess applications based on job positions, ensuring essential services remain operational. The Bucharest City Council has also mandated steps towards STB's potential insolvency.
