The Filaret transformer station in Bucharest has been fully modernized to meet the increasing energy demands from electric vehicles and heat pumps. The upgrade enhances safety and stability for over 25,600 customers in the southern area of the city. The installed capacity has increased from 160 to 200 MVA, incorporating advanced technology and remote monitoring systems. This modernization project, costing nearly 79 million lei, aims to support future energy needs and accommodate new consumers. The station now functions as a smart point for energy management, ensuring quality service for clients.
