Statele Unite au retras Siria de pe lista ţărilor susţinătoare ale terorismului / Bashar al-Assad a fost înlăturat de la putere de o coaliţie islamistă
The U.S. has removed Syria from its list of state sponsors of terrorism after 47 years, marking a gradual easing of sanctions. This decision follows the intention expressed by the Trump administration earlier in July. The removal also includes the group formerly known as al-Nusra Front, now HTS, which has been delisted as a global terrorist organization. Despite this, Ahmed al-Sharaa, the current Syrian president, remains under UN sanctions due to his past as a jihadist leader.
