Statele baltice solicită Uniunii Europene să interzică tranzitul cerealelor ruseşti pentru a pune presiune pe Moscova să oprească atacurile asupra infrastructurilor portuare ucrainene de la Marea Neagră

The Baltic states of Lithuania, Latvia, and Estonia have jointly called on the EU to ban the transit of Russian grain exports through member countries. They argue this could pressure Russia to cease attacks on Ukrainian port infrastructure vital for grain exports. The leaders highlighted Russia's deliberate attacks on Ukrainian ports and its attempts to access international markets. Estonia has already imposed a national ban on Russian and Belarusian grain transit, while Latvia's parliament has authorized significant tax increases on such transit. Lithuania is monitoring grain origins but has not yet enacted an official ban.
