Ștefania Deaconescu transformed her passion for desserts into a full-time business by taking over a pastry shop in Râmnicu Vâlcea. She learned and worked hard to grow her company, which now employs nine people and focuses on unique, lab-made products. As the business expanded, she invested in a larger production space and revamped the shop's facade, securing funding from BT Mic to support these developments.
