The agreement was signed in Kyiv during a visit by German Chancellor Friedrich Merz, highlighting a broader economic and military partnership. The companies will transition from joint production to integrating systems and developing new technologies. ARX Robotics, founded by former German military officers, has raised over 50 million euros in funding and is already supplying several European armed forces, including Ukraine, which operates the largest fleet of Western-made ground robots.
