Stare de alertă în sectorul energetic din Republica Moldova, care importă aproape toți carburanții din România

The Moldovan government has declared a state of alert in the energy and hydrological sectors due to potential fuel shortages and low water levels in the Nistru River. Prime Minister Vasile Tofan highlighted that disruptions in oil exports from Kazakhstan and rising tensions in the Middle East have impacted fuel supply. The situation is exacerbated by low water levels in the Danube, affecting diesel transport. Energy Minister Dorin Junghietu noted that Moldova relies heavily on fuel imports from Romania, and recent supply issues complicate diversification efforts. Authorities are also concerned about water supply risks for Chișinău due to low Nistru levels.
