The modernization of the DJ 104D county road between Șoarș and Bărcut has reached 80% completion. The Brașov County Council inspected the site, noting that construction is progressing faster than planned. Works include road reinforcement, drainage solutions, and asphalt layers. The project is expected to be completed by the end of the year, pending favorable weather. The total contract value is updated to 81 million lei, funded by local and national programs. Additionally, another segment of the road is delayed due to a conditional approval from the gas transport company, which is currently being addressed. Temporary safety measures are being implemented on the deteriorated section.
