Sheep breeders may soon access a new funding line for biosecurity investments, offering up to €50,000 with 90% EU funding. The initiative aims to help farmers meet biosecurity requirements. Investments can include facilities for isolating sick animals and necessary equipment for effective management. The funding process is set to launch in October, following public consultations on the applicant guide.
