Sporurile de confidențialitate, mărul discordiei în sistemul de pensii. Ce spune Curtea de Conturi

An audit by the Court of Accounts revealed that confidentiality bonuses for employees at territorial pension houses were not granted according to current legislation. Auditors found that some payments lacked legal basis, prompting recovery measures. Union representatives argue that these bonuses were awarded based on court rulings, not arbitrary decisions. The report indicates that in July 2025, bonuses were paid based on four court decisions across various pension houses. The National Federation of Social Solidarity (FNSSM) contests the notion that employees should be held responsible for these payments, emphasizing that the bonuses were legally mandated. They call for individual accountability regarding any illegal payments identified by the audit.
