The Court of Accounts is investigating confidentiality bonuses given to employees of pension houses, which were allegedly based on court rulings. The union argues that these payments were not arbitrary but legally mandated. The auditors found that some pension houses paid bonuses not authorized by public salary laws, leading to recovery measures. In July 2025, bonuses were being paid based on four court decisions across various pension houses. The National Federation of Social Solidarity claims that 33 employees received these bonuses legally. They emphasize that public institutions must enforce court rulings and that any legal disputes regarding the bonuses should not be blamed on the employees who executed them. The federation calls for a distinction between the Court's findings and the accountability of the employees involved.
