SPORTUL ROMÂNESC FACE UN PAS IMPORTANT SPRE VIITOR: A FOST LANSAT OFICIAL PROIECTUL „PORTALUL SPORTULUI ROMÂNESC”

On September 16, 2026, the National Agency for Sport launched the "Romanian Sports Portal" project aimed at digitizing public services. The event gathered government officials and sports representatives to discuss the modernization of Romanian sports administration through digitalization. The project will replace paper files and in-person visits with accessible digital services for athletes, coaches, and federations. Key services to be digitized include Athlete Passports and Identity Certificates. The initiative, valued at over 43.25 million lei, aims for 70,500 annual users and is co-financed by the EU. It represents a significant step towards a more efficient and transparent sports administration in Romania.
