Spitalul Municipal Sibiu, singurul din județ care nu a primit niciun post prin Memorandumul Guvernului

The Municipal Hospital of Sibiu has not received any new positions, unlike other hospitals in the county, raising concerns from its manager. Dr. Ștefania Șerban highlighted that the hospital is the only one in the county without posts allocated through a government memorandum. Despite this, a new law allows public hospitals to hold recruitment competitions independently of such memorandums. The manager expressed confusion over the lack of positions for a developing hospital that has requested several roles. The situation is particularly striking as other local hospitals have received additional staff. The new law could enable the hospital to fill necessary positions without further restrictions.
