Initially constructed during the COVID-19 pandemic, the facility operated for only a few months before being abandoned. Almost all air conditioning units and medical equipment have been stolen, with thieves even breaking in through the roof. The hospital's ownership is currently under a bankrupt company, and the City Hall is in a legal dispute regarding its maintenance. Despite having initial security, it was later discontinued, leading to significant degradation of the property.
