Spitalele scapă de sute de aprobări de la Ministerul Sănătății. Ce vor putea decide singure? • Newsweek România

The Ministry of Health is proposing changes to administrative procedures in hospitals, allowing managers to adjust staff placements without prior approval. This aims to reduce bureaucracy and streamline personnel management. However, hospitals must still adhere to existing staffing limits and regulations. The new instruction allows for quicker updates to personnel records, particularly when staff qualifications change. Despite the increased autonomy, the Ministry retains control over the overall staffing structure and budgetary constraints. The proposal is currently under consultation for 10 days, after which it may be implemented.
