Sphera Franchise Group has appointed Anca Popa as Supply Chain Director, overseeing procurement and logistics in Romania and Moldova. Her role includes cost optimization and supplier management. With over 20 years of experience, Popa previously served as Executive International Supply Chain Director across multiple regions. She holds a degree from the Technical University of Civil Engineering in Bucharest and an Executive MBA from INDE, CNAM Paris. Sphera operates over 175 restaurants in Romania, Moldova, and Italy, employing more than 5,000 people and listed on the BET index of the Bucharest Stock Exchange.
