The Vințu de Jos municipality has designated a 10,306 sqm area for the temporary storage of inert construction waste and biodegradable materials. This site, located in the Luncșoara area, is under video surveillance. Accepted waste includes concrete, soil, stones, glass, and ceramics, while hazardous waste and materials harmful to the environment are strictly prohibited. Collected inert materials will be reused for road rehabilitation and stabilization projects. Violations of these regulations will result in fines.
