Belgian company VGP plans to build a logistics park in Oradea, covering 133,000 square meters, aimed at logistics and light production activities. The site, located near the Hungarian border, will offer customizable spaces for tenants and include sustainable features like solar panels and EV charging stations. VGP, active in Romania since 2007, has acquired over 1.7 million square meters of land in the country, with significant development potential.
