The Oradea International Airport plans to establish a flight school in the old terminal and a currency exchange and car rental office in the new terminal. The Bihor County Council has approved the auctioning of these spaces, with prices starting from 16 euros per square meter. The currency exchange will occupy 9 square meters, starting at 40 euros per square meter, while the car rental office will be 3 square meters at 240 euros per square meter. The flight school will have 122 square meters, starting at 16.2 euros per square meter. Rentals can last for three years with a possible two-year extension.
