Spain urgently evacuated the remains of three medieval kings due to a wildfire threatening their burial site. The remains were moved to a museum for protection. The decision followed the wildfire's advance towards the Royal Monastery of San Juan de la Peña. Emergency teams successfully retrieved artifacts and the remains of the kings, who ruled Aragón in the 11th century. The wildfire has burned over 9,000 hectares and led to the evacuation of 16 localities, while another larger fire in Huelva has affected 31,000 hectares.
