Soțul Irinei Schrotter, în centrul unui litigiu de milioane de euro. Instanța suspectează "golirea de active" a firmei Greentek Lighing

The Iași Tribunal has suspended the insolvency decision of Greentek Lighting, a major company in northern Moldova, amid allegations of asset transfer to another firm. The case involves businessman Zaharia Schrotter, accused of transferring Greentek's operations to a related company, leaving it insolvent. The court noted that if the allegations of fraudulent intent are proven, it could indicate serious misconduct beyond a simple shareholder dispute. The founder, Victor Cotruț, claims the insolvency was a strategy to eliminate the company from the market. The tribunal's decision halts the insolvency process until the case is resolved.
