Soția purtătorului de cuvânt al Kremlinului contestă sancțiunile UE. Tatiana Navka cere despăgubiri de peste 2 milioane de euro

Tatiana Navka, wife of Kremlin spokesperson Dmitry Peskov, has filed a lawsuit against the EU to annul sanctions imposed after the Ukraine war. She claims over two million euros in damages for material and reputational harm. The case, registered with the EU Court of Justice, challenges sanctions from June 2022 targeting individuals close to the Kremlin. Navka argues that the EU's justification for her sanctions lacks sufficient evidence of her involvement in actions undermining Ukraine's integrity. Other individuals linked to Russian power are also contesting similar sanctions in court.
