Sorin Grindeanu, noi critici la adresa lui Siegfried Mureșan: Persoanele care fac asemenea lucruri nu pot să ocupe demnități mari în statul român
PSD leader Sorin Grindeanu criticized the designated Prime Minister Siegfried Mureșan for European groups' efforts to block EU funds related to the Integrity Law. He deemed the actions of the PPE and Renew groups as unforgivable, stating that those involved should not hold high state positions. Grindeanu condemned a letter sent to European institutions requesting the suspension of 770 million euros for Romania, emphasizing the importance of integrity in leadership. He argued that such actions create a conflict of interest for those in significant roles within the Romanian government. The criticism follows the introduction of an amendment affecting the mayor of Timișoara, who was found in conflict of interest.
