Sorin Grindeanu îl desființează pe Siegfried Mureșan, pentru apartenența la grupul european care cerut Bruxellesului sancționarea României

PSD leader Sorin Grindeanu criticized the designated Prime Minister Siegfried Mureșan for European groups' efforts to block €770 million from Romania's PNRR due to the integrity law. Grindeanu condemned a letter from PNL and USR requesting the suspension of funds, emphasizing that such actions harm Romania. He stated that individuals involved in these actions should not hold significant positions in the Romanian state. The European People's Party and Renew Europe had previously urged the European Commission to block the funds, citing rule of law concerns after the introduction of an amendment affecting local officials.
