The PSD aims to extend the 9% VAT on housing until October 1, 2026, to assist buyers affected by a cyberattack. Grindeanu emphasized the need for urgent solutions regarding fuel price compensation and healthcare staffing issues. He also called for a crisis committee to address legislative delays related to PNRR projects worth over 4.5 billion euros, warning of potential crises in construction and healthcare if issues remain unresolved.
